Valentin Buzov was born in Gotse Delchev, Bulgaria. From an early age, he developed a strong interest in music.

He completed his secondary education in his hometown at Yane Sandanski PMG, specializing in music.

During his studies, he focused on guitar and piano and received training in solfège, music theory, harmony, and music history.

Over the years, he studied classical guitar under the guidance of V. Markov, O. Valev, Dimitar Doychinov, and A. Pumpalov.

He has participated in numerous masterclasses and open guitar lessons led by world-renowned guitarists.

He has obtained the following degrees:

Bachelor's Degree in Music Pedagogy, with professional qualifications as a 'Music Teacher' and 'Classical Guitar Teacher' from South-West University 'Neofit Rilski.

Master's Degree in Music, with a specialization in Classical Guitar, from Sofia University 'St. Kliment Ohridski

Specialization in 'Music Studio Technologies and Sound Engineering' at the Faculty of FNPP, Sofia University 'St. Kliment Ohridski

He has received various diplomas and awards, including those for chamber music, excellence in teaching, and leadership of ensembles and orchestras

Since 2008, Valentin Buzov has been a regular participant and juror at international classical guitar festivals and competitions in Bulgaria

He has received the following honors:

• Diploma for Contribution to the Development of Classical Guitar in Bulgaria, awarded at the International Classical Guitar Competition 'Acad. Marin Goleminov' in Kyustendil.

• Diploma for Contribution to the Development of Classical Guitar, received at the International Festival of Guitar and Violin 'Paganini’s Children' in Gotse Delchev.

• Diploma for Success and Excellence in Teaching, awarded at the "Music Without Borders" Competition in Sofia.

• Certificate for Outstanding Teaching Award, granted at the 5th Universal Stars Music Competition in London.

• Diploma for Exceptional Achievements in Teaching and Outstanding Teacher Award, conferred at London Young Musician 2024.

He has received commendations from the President of Bulgaria.

He has performed in concert at the Presidency of the Republic of Bulgaria, alongside the renowned Youth Guitar Orchestra “Sofia.”

He received the Award for Contribution to the Development of Classical Guitar in Bulgaria.🎸

Another significant achievement is the establishment of the Music Art Center – Sofia, a music school where hundreds of children, teenagers, and adults study each year, discovering the true joy and emotion of music.

A tremendous source of pride and a remarkable achievement is the creation of the renowned Sofia Youth Guitar Orchestra.

The orchestra represents a unique blend of classical guitars and young, ambitious musicians who captivate audiences with their performances.

It has become an integral part of numerous guitar and cultural events across the country.

With over 150 concerts and performances, the orchestra has graced some of the most prestigious stages in Bulgaria, Italy, and Greece.
